Massage That Actually Pays Attention
You know the difference between a massage that’s technically just OK and one where the therapist seems to get your body.
That’s the experience I want to give you.
I don’t work from a fixed routine. Your session starts with a conversation about what you want, what’s bothering you, and how you want to feel when we’re finished. From there, I pay attention to your musculature, movement, tension patterns, and how your body responds and adjust as we go.
Some days that means a slow, deep, or smooth massage that lets your whole system settle. Other days it means spending real time on the hip, shoulder, back, or neck that has been driving you crazy. Usually, it’s a little of both.
Your body. Your goals.
Why Book With Me?
Your ideal massage isn't on a predetermined menu
I combine techniques based on what your body actually needs rather than making you choose a “style” and then performing the same sequence every time.
I know what I'm touching.
I have my bachelor's in Biology and trained at the Florida School of Massage, giving me a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and therapeutic bodywork. Great intuitive touch and good anatomical knowledge complement each other.
Relaxing and therapeutic aren't opposites.
You shouldn't necessarily have to choose between feeling amazing and getting meaningful work done. I can move between broad, soothing contact and precise work on specific muscles and areas of tension while keeping the session cohesive and relaxing.
You have my full attention.
I don't want your massage to feel rushed, mechanical, or transactional. I genuinely love this work, and when you're on my table, I'm there to work with you.
And yes, I have big hands.
They allow me to create broad, comfortable contact while still working with precision when a smaller area needs attention. Turns out they found the right career.
The Massage Comes to You
There is something fundamentally backwards about reaching peak relaxation…and then immediately getting dressed, finding your keys, getting into your car, and sitting in traffic.
So skip that part.
I bring a professional massage table and everything needed for your session directly to your home. Table heating is available (included), and I use high-quality vegan and hypoallergenic massage products.
You get the privacy and comfort of your own space without sacrificing a professional massage setup. When we're finished, there is nowhere you need to go. Take a shower. Put on comfortable clothes or lie on the couch naked eating a snack. Drink some water. Take a nap. Whatever!
My service area is Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and surrounding communities. Travel within 10 miles of Wilton Manors is included.
My Background
I came to massage by a somewhat unconventional route.
I spent years working as a wildlife biologist and later in the nonprofit world before discovering work that brought together two things I love: the science of the human body and the healing nature of touch.
What keeps me passionate about massage is the human part of it.
There is something deeply connecting about giving another person your complete attention for an hour or two and using knowledge, observation, intuition, and touch to help them feel better. I take that responsibility seriously without wanting the experience to feel clinical or serious.
I want you to feel comfortable. I want to understand what you need. And I want you to leave thinking, “That was a really f**king good massage.”
That's the goal.

What Can Massage Do for You?
Sometimes you need to slow down. Sometimes something hurts. Sometimes your body just feels tight, tired, or beat up from everything you ask of it.
Massage can help with deep relaxation and stress relief, muscular aches and tension, mobility and range of motion, exercise and sports recovery, and simply feeling more comfortable and at ease in your body.
I draw from Swedish massage, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), myofascial techniques, assisted stretching and movement, and other therapeutic approaches depending on your goals and what your body needs that day.
You don't need to know which modality you need or choose from a complicated menu. These are tools, not separate experiences. We can use what makes sense, leave out what doesn't, and build the massage around you.
Thinking About Seeing Someone New?
Already have a massage therapist? I won’t tell.
There’s nothing wrong with having a favorite, but sometimes you want a different approach, a different set of hands, or simply to see what else is out there. Every massage therapist works differently, and experiencing great bodywork from more than one person can teach you a lot about what your body responds to.
You don’t have to break up with anybody. Come see me once.
If you’re looking for someone who knows the body, listens carefully, takes his time, and gives genuinely attentive, customized massage, I’d love the chance to show you what I do.
Your regular massage therapist never has to know.
Let’s Get You on the Table.
