Reiki If you have a condition such as central sensitization, or you need more relaxation to calm down your nervous system to subside pain, Reiki may be a great option. Unlike a massage, the hands are placed on parts of your body and stay there for some minutes. You will receive Reiki clothed. Tai Chi Mindfulness-based stress reduction is recommended for people with chronic pain. Tai Chi can be described as "moving meditation." Not only does it strengthen your body, but it also helps you to focus on the present moment and provides deep relaxation.
