This technique performed while fully dressed, applying pressure points along the spine and bony prominences, then moving arms or legs in flexions and extensions. The pain levels may improve immediately or take two or three days to decrease. Either way, I am happy to have the skills to assist your body to heal from traumas accrued throughout the years.
