I am a Nationally Board Certified and licensed Massage Therapist in Florida and New Jersey.  I am specially trained to perform Rehabilitative, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Manual Lymph Drainage (H/N/F), Pre- and Post-Natal Massage, Oncology (S4OM), Sports, and Hand/Foot Reflexology treatments.  I am also a Reiki Master and Healing Touch Practitioner and offer these Energetic Therapies either as a separate session or combined. Energetic therapies have been shown to help reduce pain and anxiety and can bring you to a heightened state of relaxation.  Infused into a massage session, Reiki can provide deep and profound relaxation and restoration.  Having worked in a hospital rehabilitative setting I have in-depth experience creating effective plans for a variety of conditions.  My goal is to understand the whole person and suggest effective approaches to encourage recovery from injury and/or physical activities in order to nurture an active and Well Being.  I use Light to Medium and selective Deep Pressures as appropriate to your individual condition and needs for your session.
