Zen Intention Massage & Bodywork is a professional therapeutic massage establishment licensed by the State of Florida, offering in-office and mobile massage services ranging from the light touch of lymphatic drainage, to deeper muscle and fascia treatment. 

We specialize in prenatal/postpartum/ infant massage, TMJ treatment,  and post-surgical lymphatic drainage.

Please note the following prior to scheduling your session:

• We are located at 2809 W. 15th St, Suite 105, in Panama City, FL.  Please use this address in Google maps, as we've been unable to convince Google to update our location if you search by business name only. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals due to traveling to the incorrect location.  
• All clients are required to place a credit card on file to cover any late cancelation or no-show fees. We do not have any access to your card information. It is secured and cannot be used except for charges related to your individual services. 
• New clients are required to prepay their first session at the time of scheduling, and complete an electronic intake form prior to arrival. This safeguards the therapist's time by cutting down on the high number of late cancelations and no-shows common with first time visits.  Subsequent sessions do not require prepayment once you are an established client. 
• Appointments cannot be changed or canceled online. Please call 850-389-3279 if you need to reschedule. We understand that emergencies happen and will accommodate as much as possible,  while still respecting our time.  Cancelations within 24-48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service, and less than 24 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the service. Repeat cancelations, especially for non- emergency reasons, may terminate the ability to book or may require prepayment of future sessions.
