*To schedule an appointment - Select “BOOK NOW” button to see availability for the next 30days. If you don’t see the availability you are looking for, please add yourself to the waitlist. You will receive an email when there are cancellations. Tab is located on scheduling screen.
 

* Payments - Cash, Venmo, Credit/Debit cards (A minimum service charge of $3.95 applies) & HSA cards. If payment is Cash, Please bring exact amount. Prepayment is not required unless it is for a promotional service.

* Cancellations - No-shows will be charged 100% at next service. 
  24hrs subject to 50% to 100% charge And/Or 1 reschedule for the appointment. If prepaid, remaining credits may be applied to future service.

* Gift Certificates - Limited Availability. Only valid for 1 year after date of purchase. Non-refundable. Transferable 1 time.

* Packages - Labeled  as “SERIES or SPECIAL OFFERS”. Please read descriptions carefully to insure the purchase is right for you. Non-refundable. Each service transferable 1 time. 6 month expiration. 2 month extension available upon request prior to expiration.
