I'm Monika Jarosz, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over six years of hands-on experience. As a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, my approach is clinical and anatomy-based, combining advanced therapeutic training with personalized techniques to deliver effective, results-oriented care.

My background spans in luxury day spas, clinical settings, and sports therapy environments. This diverse experience allows me to tailor every session to your individual needs, whether you're seeking corrective therapeutic work, post-surgical support, relief from muscle stiffness and tension, or simply an opportunity to unwind from a stressful day.

Many of my clients describe their sessions as deeply restorative, peaceful, and even spiritual. For me, creating an environment where you feel comfortable, cared for, and completely present is just as important as the therapeutic work itself.
