Rebecca Diederick, LMT brings over 15 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry. She is highly trained in a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Therapeutic techniques. Rebecca also holds advanced certifications in Prenatal, Sports Injury, IASTM, KT Taping, Cupping, and Oncology Massage.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has managed and consulted for multiple spas, serving as both a therapist mentor and wellness professional. She has had the privilege of working with professional athletes from the NFL, NHL, and LPGA, as well as high-profile music artists.

Dedicated to providing exceptional care, Rebecca customizes each session to support her clients’ individual health and wellness goals—creating a truly restorative and personalized experience.

If traveling from Milton, please use the following directions to avoid having to make a U-turn on Hwy 90.

Turn left on Parkmore Plaza Dr. (Big Lots red light), Turn right at Old Bagdad Highway, Turn right onto Hwy 90. The office is .2 miles on the right. It's the brown brick building in the strip next to the Raceway service station. 

Outcall appointments are available for existing clients in the Milton, Pace, Navarre, and Pensacola areas. These sessions are subject to a travel fee to be established upon location confirmation.

Policies

Intake Form/Identification

An Intake form and proper identification is required per Florida Law under Chapter 2024-148, House Bill No. 197. Intake forms will be sent via email and/or text before your scheduled appointment. Identification will be verified during pre-session consultation. 

Cancellations

If you miss an appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment.
