At Ascension Massage by Melinda, I offer professional therapeutic massage services designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall wellness. I am an established licensed massage therapist (MA #47172) and sound practitioner practicing in Lakeland, Florida, since 2006. I’m dedicated to enhancing each client’s well-being by customizing every session to address unique needs and goals.  

I offer a wide variety of modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Swe-Thai Technique, Facelifting Massage, Ashiatsu, Bamboo Fusion™, Reiki (inquire directly about attunements and incorporating into your session), and CranioSacral Therapy. Guided by my passion for holistic health, I personalize each session to help you feel better from the inside out.

In 2026, Soul Massage Sound Bath was added to my practice. What is a Soul Massage? It is a dreamy and energetically cleansing experience of vibrational sound led by crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, and warm gong tones.  It is also referred to as a sound bath or sound therapy. I believe this experience offers guests the opportunity to reset and reflect, bringing in overall wellness for mind, body, and soul. 

Beyond therapeutic body work, I regularly host yoga with Susie Dreiling and immersive Sound Bath Therapy with Amy of Under the Oak Sound & Hypnosis—additional holistic experiences that amplify relaxation and well-being.
