Each session begins with a brief consultation to understand your preferences and any specific concerns you might have. From there, our therapists will create a customized treatment plan to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your massage. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADHERE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. Arrive no Earlier than 5 mins before your appointment. EARLY ARRIVALS WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM.
