"Namaste, I'm Angel Ledford, a seasoned licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of dedicated practice here on the Treasure Coast. My journey began at The Alpha Institute of the Treasure Coast, where I graduated with the highest GPA and rated as top clinician in my class. Additionally, I hold certification as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist from The Academy of Lymphatic Studies, specializing in the Vodder Technique.
Furthering my commitment to holistic wellness, I pursued and completed 500 hours of Yoga teacher training and registered with Yoga Alliance. I am also certified by Manju Jois and the European Academy of Yoga to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the lineage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
