Groundwork to Health is a dedicated holistic practice providing specialized abdominal and/or Deep Tissue medical massage to Glastonbury, CT for over 14 years. I specialize in rare, high-demand modalities including the Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy and dedicated Womb Restoration to support women's health and fertility naturally. 

I began 14 years ago as a Licensed Massage Therapist with advanced training in Holistic Nutrition, digestive health and pelvic floor issues. I work with conditions such as bladder/rectal/uterine prolapse, birth injuries, reflux, digestive disorders and post-partum pelvic realignment.

In 2022, I received additional training to be a trauma-informed bodyworker. I believe creating safety inside the body allows for complete alignment and pain relief. 

I also deliver medical massage to military veterans who have PTSD. I've helped over 30 veterans in 2025 with specialized long-term pain relief in areas such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, rotator cuff injuries, and migraines.
