I grew up in the Twin Ports area of Duluth, Minnesota. Over my career, I have explored a wide range of modalities, allowing me to offer a truly personalized blend of therapeutic services. My intentions are mindful, intuitive, and grounded, with a solid central focus on both the physical and energetic flow of the body.

With over 15 years of experience working alongside chiropractic doctors, it has been a true gift to learn and support my clients through a variety of rehabilitative and post injury sessions addressing chronic core postural pain and functionality.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, with the set intention of helping you release tension, restore balance and, overall, reset. I find a great deal of success integrating myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy with a combined passive and active-assisted range of motion modalities for the perfect session that is both effective and relaxing.
