Hello my name is Sara and I am the owner and operator of Hands of Harmony Massage Therapy. I have been a massage therapist for over 12 years. I believe that massage is great for helping us in so many ways in our daily lives and in our changing world. Massage helps loosen the body so it can perform at the optimal level. It can help you sleep better, rid your body of some of the every day aches & pains and can help with long term issues. Bodywork has been around for as long as we humans have been. I have seen first hand how massage can help an individual, I had some major breathing issues as a child. After finding massage and having my back and rib muscles released I could feel a difference in my chest movements. I also have worked on many different types of people with different issues and have witnessed their success with bodywork.
