I’ve been helping people feel better in their bodies since 2004, but what I love most isn’t massage itself—it’s the incredible way the human body is designed to heal, adapt, and move when we give it the right support.
My career began in Las Vegas before taking me to luxury spas, including The Ritz-Carlton in Colorado. Those experiences taught me the importance of exceptional service and attention to detail, but over the years I’ve discovered that the most meaningful part of my work isn’t creating a luxury experience—it’s helping people understand their bodies and feel at home in them again.
No two sessions are ever the same. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a competition, navigating pregnancy, managing chronic tension, or simply carrying the weight of everyday life, I listen to what your body is telling me. Every massage is customized to meet you where you are that day.
I believe movement is one of the greatest gifts we have. When your neck turns without pain, your shoulders relax, your hips move freely, or you wake up without stiffness, life feels different. You have more energy, more patience, better sleep, and more freedom to do the things you love.
Massage isn’t just about feeling good for an hour. It’s about creating lasting change. During your session, I’ll often explain what I’m finding, why certain muscles are compensating, and what simple things you can do between appointments to keep your body moving well. My goal is to give you tools—not just temporary relief.
Over the past two decades, I’ve been honored to care for professional athletes, weekend warriors, expectant mothers, busy parents, and entire families. Many of my clients have trusted me with their care for more than ten years, and those long-term relationships are one of the greatest compliments I could receive.
As both a massage therapist and an athlete, I understand how demanding life can be on the body. I know what it’s like to push yourself, recover, and keep showing up. That’s why I believe massage isn’t a luxury reserved for special occasions—it’s an investment in how you live every day.
When your body feels better, everything else gets a little easier.
I genuinely love cheering people on, and helping someone walk out of my office moving better than when they walked in never gets old. It reminds me every day why I chose this profession over twenty years ago.
I’d be honored to help you move better, recover faster, and feel more at home in your body.
