I’m a Denver native, an artist at heart, and someone deeply curious about how the body and mind work together.
My path into healing began with my own desire to better understand anxiety — how it lives in the body, how it shapes the nervous system, and most importantly, how it can be softened. What started as personal exploration became a calling. Today, I blend intuition, training, and presence to help others feel more at home in their own bodies.
Before becoming a full-time healer, I spent 25 years as an event planner — producing everything from intimate gatherings of 10 people to 125,000-person weekend festivals. I worked at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics and Paralympics, traveled internationally with Up With People, and co-owned an event planning company with my sister (who is also my best friend) for seven years. Those years taught me how to hold space, manage energy, and stay grounded in high-pressure environments — skills I now bring into the healing room.
I’ve traveled to over 20 countries across four continents, performed stand-up comedy exactly once (I was very good… and very stressed), and I’ve been married for 15 years to an incredibly talented and intuitive healer who continues to inspire me daily.
At the core of it all, I believe healing is both art and science — and that feeling safe, seen, and relaxed in your body changes everything.
