Located in the beautiful little mountain town of Buena Vista, we provide a comfortable space to provide you with traditional massage techniques such as  Deep Tissue massage, along with the latest in bodywork modalities. With  training in modalities ranging from rehabilitative and injury prevention therapies and Graston technique. We are able to provide intuitive bodywork that integrates multiple therapies into each session!

Since 2006, we have used our intensive massage therapy and bodywork experience and education to care for and educate our clients on the benefits of massage and other self-care techniques.
