I am a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing massage therapy since graduating from a 750-hour program at Palm Beach State College in Boca Raton, FL, in July 2012. My work experience includes providing therapeutic massages in-home, at spas, chiropractic offices, and physical therapy offices. I am currently only doing in-home massages.  I travel throughout San Diego County, Orange County, and some L.A. areas in Southern California. As a massage therapist, I have always been passionate about how the body works and traditional healing practices. I believe that massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease chronic pain. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.

I specialize in several massage modalities, including relaxing Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal/postnatal massage, and pediatric massage. I also incorporate techniques such as buccal/tmj work, passive/active stretching, cupping, scraping, trigger point, abdominal and iliopsoas work, and reflexology. In addition, I have experience with triathletes, amputees, children, and para-pelagic individuals.

When I am not working, in my free time, you can find me traveling, outdoors, whether it be hiking in the mountains or hanging by the water on the beach. I will also fill my free time with lazy days, crafting, or playing video games. I have many hobbies and talents and will never stop learning.
