As a surfer inspired by the ocean’s natural rhythms, I believe the body is inherently fluid. At Still Tide, I offer gentle lymphatic therapy and integrative bodywork. Sessions are tailored to an individual’s needs and may be offered as standalone treatments or thoughtfully integrated, including post-operative recovery. My approach is intuitive, mindful, and centered on supporting the body’s natural flow.
