I’m Edith Harris, Certified Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Specialist (CAMTC #98555, AMTA Member). I hold an Associate of Applied Science degree in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy and Clinical Medical Massage from the National Holistic Institute, with over 1,400 hours of formal training. My work focuses on chronic pain patterns, postural dysfunction, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are structured and assessment-driven, integrating trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, movement analysis, and evidence-informed manual therapy.
I look beyond the site of pain to identify the underlying pattern contributing to overload or restriction. Precision matters. So does pacing. Sustainable change occurs when the body feels safe enough to release guarding.
Before entering therapeutic practice, I served in the United States Air Force. That experience shaped my respect for discipline, structure, and resilience—qualities that now inform the intentionality of my work. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing long-term discomfort, or navigating stress-related tension, my goal is to help you move with greater efficiency, stability, and awareness.
