I offer an integrated approach to healing- blending advanced bodywork, somatic practices, and gentle energy support to help you regulate, unwind, and restore on a deep level.  My detailed work is effective for clients recovering from injury and chronic pain as well as those living though trauma.  My background in spas adds a layer of luxury and detail to every session.  This is care that goes beyond muscle work: into the nervous system, into the energy body, into the place where real change happens.
