Welcome to Solstice Massage Therapy! My name is Ashley Martinez, and I founded this practice from a place of deep personal understanding and a desire to help others. In 2019, I experienced a significant back injury that introduced me to the world of chronic pain. Through my own healing journey, massage therapy emerged as the most effective treatment for my symptoms. This transformative experience ignited a passion within me, leading me to pursue a career in massage. After graduating from ICOHS College in February 2024, I've been dedicated to providing the same relief I discovered to my clients. My own experience with pain has provided invaluable insight into the body's complexities, allowing me to approach each client's unique challenges with empathy and expertise. I help individuals manage and surpass the tough days that come with mild or acute pain, firmly believing that pain does not have to be a defining factor in your life.
