I've spent decades practicing and studying massage, bodywork, movement, and the many ways our bodies respond to touch, stress, injury, and rest.
Over the years, that experience has taught me that good care begins with listening. I don't approach every body with the same routine or decide in advance what a session should be. I want to understand what you're experiencing, what you'd like to accomplish, and how your body responds as we work together.
My approach draws from a broad range of therapeutic massage and bodywork techniques, along with movement, temperature, vibration, and other therapeutic elements when they support your goals. The technique itself isn't the goal. What matters is helping you move more comfortably, feel more at ease in your body, and return to the things that matter to you.
I remain committed to continuing education because this work continues to teach me. I'm nationally board certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork and maintain professional affiliations with the American Massage Therapy Association and Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. I maintain an active Washington State massage therapist license in addition to my certification through the California Massage Therapy Council.
Outside the treatment room, movement and mindfulness are also part of my own life. I enjoy yoga, exploring San Diego, getting outdoors, and continuing to learn about the relationship between movement, touch, rest, and well-being.
I consider it a privilege to be trusted with someone's care, and I look forward to welcoming you to FoxHaven.
