I hold the divine healing space for my guests to relax and refresh their spirit.  Every body is different and unique. The same perspective comes to bodywork. I craft a specific massage routine for what every different body and mind shows to me. I am simply here to help facilitate a holistic natural flow of nurturing the mind and healing the body. Your body is doing all the work to heal itself, it just needs some assistance and a relaxing space from time to time, to do just that. All humans have the divine ember that needs nurturing and care. I am a certified massage therapist in a multitude of modalities from the East to the West including: Swedish, Deep tissue, Lymphatic Facilitation, Sports, MFT, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Joint mobility, Acupressure and Zen Shiatsu to name a few. My kinesiology degree and interest in the human body's own healing capabilities has set me on this wonderful path. It brings me great joy to be part of your self nurturing and thriving journey.
