I craft a specific massage routine for what every different body and mind shows me. I help facilitate a natural holistic flow of nurturing the mind and healing the body. I am a certified massage therapist in a multitude of modalities from the East to the West including: Swedish, Deep tissue, Lymphatic Facilitation, Sports, MFT, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Joint mobility, Acupressure and Zen Shiatsu to name a few. My Kinesiology degree and interest in holistic healing has set me on this wonderful path. It brings me great joy to be part of your revitalizing journey.
