Learning how to care for others just came naturally for me, so here I am doing it professionally.  Although I began working professionally in 2024; I began training in bodywork through an independent Traditional Medicine Therapist in 2021 and qigong in 2016. My knowledge and experience with Qigong healing has lead me to this field which I prefer to see as a path which is never ending and eternal.  I was born in the beautiful diverse community of Los Angeles, Ca. From Los Angeles to the Inland Empire; I was blessed with the tools, the heart and a spirit to care for others and harmonize through a profession that represents just what my purpose is: to preserve Life.   I specialize in mixed modalities which include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, hip, spinal and neck alignment, Swedish massage, effleurage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, fire cupping, assisted stretching, nutritional guidance, self-care coaching, qigong, holistic healing, herbal medicine and compassion.
