My sessions weave together the restorative depth of Thai massage and therapeutic touch with energetic awareness.

Each session is guided by deep listening to the body’s patterns of tension and holding, drawing from Thai massage, shiatsu, deep tissue work. I use joint mobilization, and work along the body’s energetic lines, following intuitive guidance to help support overall balance, mobility, and ease tension throughout the body and mind.

Sessions are received fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire that allows for freedom of movement. Through supported stretching, compression and intuitive touch, this is more than bodywork alone — it is a whole body reset
