My name is Toni and I specialize in neuromuscular therapies. I graduated from NHI's Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program in 2022 and entered the field of medical massage therapy. I started off in spas and found more growth in the chiropractic office and sports clinic. In 2026, I found myself where I started to begin teaching the craft of massage therapy. I hope to spread the knowledge of the science behind soft tissue behavior and promote more holistic healing.

My passion for healing and wellness comes from my own experience with chronic pain. As a teenager, I trained in dance and colorguard and moved on to play roller derby in my young adult years. I experienced many sprains, strains, drops, and falls across all of the sports I trained in. As an adult, I worked in different areas of retail from clothes and pet supplies to packing and shipping. In all professional settings I have seen people fall, pull muscles, develop nerve pain, and autoimmune disorders. Stress is the silent killer and my mission is to put stress to sleep and promote healing.
