Changing how you feel one muscle at a time!
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I had a long and successful career in the legal field working as a litigation paralegal and court reporter. I am also a life-long athlete and have competed in numerous state, national, and international competitions including the USAV Volleyball Championships, triathlons ranging from sprint distances to becoming a 2x Ironman 140.6 finisher, along with competing in individual swim, cycling, and running events. As such, I understand the importance of massage therapy and bodywork in an athlete's successes.
I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs.
For workers sitting at computers all day, first responders, weekend warriors, stretched-to-near-breaking-point moms, let me show you what reclaiming your body and your sanity feels like.
I look forward to working with you!
