My name is  Kristy Kostelecky .  My goal is to help individuals heal physically, emotionally, spiritually. I have studied with many gifted instructors and massage professionals that have helped me refine my intuitive gifts; balancing these gifts with  massage  and  structural bodywork .  Being a  Certified Raindrop technique  practitioner, I also integrate essential oils in my sessions.  Sessions are customized to your needs.
