My name is Latisha, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with professional teams such as the Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Mercury, and Phoenix Coyotes, as well as Division I programs including Arizona State Athletics, Penn State Athletics, and Washington State Athletics.

In addition to my sports massage background, I also spent three years working in a spa located in Uptown Plaza, where I refined my skills in relaxation-focused bodywork and client care.

Drawing from both athletic and spa settings, I specialize in creating highly effective, customized sessions that blend therapeutic techniques with restorative care.
