I've been practicing massage therapy since 2012. I attended the Arizona School of Massage Therapy where I studied multiple modalities. My primary focus after graduating ASMT has been deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, structural integration, and combining them with my unique flow, developed through my decades long practice of Qigong and Baguazhang. I'm currently studying Statistics and Artificial Intelligence, my mission is to use data to improve massage therapy and clinic processes. Something that sets me apart from other therapists is that the power of my massage is derived from my stance, rather than my shoulder strength. This results in a more consistent massage, in flow and pressure. My philosophy about massage is rooted in the importance of self-care and the impact on an individual's life. When you get a massage you are doing something to take care of yourself, both your mind, body, and soul. Massage isn’t about pampering yourself, in fact, the idea that taking care of yourself is somehow a luxury, is insane. Massage is about being a better you. It’s about being better to yourself, to your family, to your work, and even better to your neighbor in traffic. It’s about walking through life with less weight on your shoulders and more smile on your soul.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
