With nearly 25 years of hands-on experience, I truly love what i do!.  I specialize in deep tissue massage, and am  known for getting to the root of pain and tension—whether it’s chronic issues, tight muscles, or stress that just won’t let go. My work is therapeutic and intentional, yet deeply relaxing, blending effective problem-solving with a calming, restorative touch. I  believe massage should both fix what’s wrong and help you fully unwind. I am  passionate about helping people feel better—body and mind. I also believe in educating my clients on their body mechanics for working, sleeping, driving etc.   I  genuinely love my craft, and my clients tell me it  shows in every session.
