At Foundations Therapy and Fitness (FTF), our approach to therapy is to help clients discover how to rebuild the underlying foundations of good health. The modalities and techniques we utilize at FTF bring the body back in alignment with the natural field of gravity, providing structural support and physical well-being, often leading to improvements in pain and movement.
While the over-arching goal of any session is to bring the body back to the best level of functionality and pain-free movement that can be achieved, each session is tailored around the client's specific dysfunctions and bodily needs. This approach often provides a more responsive experience from the therapy, leading to much longer lasting results and greater overall outcomes.
