Audrey is an enthusiastic massage therapist currently earning her Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy at Anne Arundel Community College. She specializes in Deep Tissue massage as well as other forms of massage, such as Swedish, Pregnancy, and Hot Stone (incorporated). She is a retired professional ballet and modern dancer, a dance teacher, an artist, a singer, a wife, and loves to crochet and sew. She has been married for 5 years and looks forward to many more. As a former dancer, she is no stranger to chronic pain. Her passion as a massage therapist is helping others find pain relief with massage and aid them in their recovery journey. She is very passionate about pain recovery, prevention, and maintenance and it is important to her that her clients feel comfortable and stable in their bodies and progress in their healing journey with every session. She strives to understand what each client is feeling and how she can work with them to create a session that is specific to their needs. This includes work the client can do at home as well as referring them to other professionals in other fields of healing to ensure well rounded care.
