Hi, I am Crista Cray! 

I am a licensed massage therapist who received formal training at the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, as well as a long-time aerialist and circus artist. My background as both a trained massage therapist and an aerial athlete gives me a unique understanding of the body's strength, movement, and need for recovery.

During my time at Pacific College, I was given the opportunity to train in Both Eastern and Western massage techniques. A fact that shows through in my practice as I pull from both of these worlds, blending them together to create a distinctive massage experience. Combining the long, circulating movements of Swedish Massage, the slow, gentle work of myofascial release, and the energy focused work that characterizes the Chinese Tuina style of massage makes my style of work a truly unique and holistic form of massage therapy that can address a diverse range of issues.

I'm passionate about helping people feel better, and it is a goal I intend to achieve through thoughtful, personalized massage in a calm, welcoming environment.
