I first discovered massage therapy when I suffered from frequent migraines and was seeking a holistic method to alleviate my symptoms. I also started practicing yoga and became certified to teach yoga and decided to pursue massage therapy afterwards. I received my license to be a massage therapist in 2010 and have enjoyed helping others discover the benefits of massage therapy ever since.
I specialize in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Chinese Cupping. Working in partnership with a chiropractor’s office, I offer a holistic approach to pain relief, relaxation, and overall wellness.
