Phoenix Massage & Wellness was created to offer services that help you with pain and stress relief, leading to wellness!
I offer everything from a fabulous relaxation massage to the treatment of injuries and everything in between. You can enjoy therapeutic massages, relaxation massages, cupping, stretching, hot stones, sports massage, Ayurveda massage, and several other modalities, all of which are integrated to provide you the pain relief you need. A specialty is trigger point work - let's get those knots out of your neck and shoulders! I also don't charge for cupping or massage gun use, if you need those to get back to wellness, and my services are a full 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.

NB: Both in-clinic and outcall services are offered. A caveat about the outcall service - it is only offered if you have your own table setup and adequate space in which to move around the table so I can provide a quality massage, and there's a travel/time/setup fee in addition to the massage price. There are a few other stipulations for outcalls - just ask!
