I am passionate about people, health, wellness, and bodywork. I have been a Registered Nurse for over 28 years, Health and wellness coach, Energy worker, and licensed Massage Therapist. My entire life I have been interested in how the body works and various healing practices. 

My goal is to offer a holistic approach to body work supporting the body, mind, and spirit.

 I am certified in Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique) and Complete Decongestive Therapy Training Program through Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.
