In today's world, it's really easy to absorb information, opinions, and patterns.  We create habits that help us cope with a fast paced, ever-changing world that demands we keep up.  A lot of this clutter is trivial, and we're often able to admit it. But, releasing this stagnant energy is a whole different story.  That's where I can help!  Relaxation is pertinent to our health and well-being, so schedule some practice time!  I specialize in Ashiatsu, or foot pressure massage.  This modality encourages circulation and lymphatic movement, and tames the toughest tension.  Relaxation is best served with mindful breathing, so feel free to drop by Croi Croga Studio to practice some yoga and meditation as well!  Namaste.
