I use my skills and abilities to help transform stuck energy, relieve pain and dysfunction, and to help you feel more comfortable in your skin. I am a skilled Massage Therapist that has 20 years of experience in traditional Swedish massage, but also Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and energy work.  I also teach infant and couples Massage to families.    I am a trauma informed provider and seek to provide a safe, heart-centered space, tailored for each client.

Ever since I was a child, I wanted to be in the healing arts, to help relieve pain and dysfunction. When I was a young adult I discovered that I have a unique clairsentient ability to intuitively feel another’s pain and discomfort in their physical and emotional bodies. I pursued Massage Therapy in 2000 and completed the 750 hour program in addition to an intuitive energy healing program for two years.
