Osha believes nurturing human touch is fundamental to the health and wellbeing of every person and strives to make her practice a safe space for all bodies, regardless of age, size, shape, ability, color, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, education level, or class. Over the past 17 years, Osha has worked with a wide range of humans and painful conditions. She enjoys the challenges people bring to her table and has developed a strong affinity for working with bodies of trauma, chronic pain, elders, fibromyalgia, CFS, autoimmune disorders, lymphedema, and people who are living through a cancer journey. Osha is a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist trained in the Vodder technique through Klose Training. She is also specially trained in Breast Care and Massage, Abdominal Massage, several Scar Tissue Treatment modalities, Pre and Post Op for numerous conditions including plastic surgery, Oncology massage, and many other supportive techniques. In her private life, Osha is the proud Mama of a super awesome nonbinary tween. She is regularly enchanted by the extraordinariness of everyday life, a firm believer in the power of beginning again, and a gentler, wiser version of the person she was yesterday.
