Founded by Rebecca Thompson, LMT, Kenley Massage & Wellness offers personalized, trauma-informed care through clinical massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, somatic sports massage, and vibroacoustic therapy. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to address pain, stress, injury recovery, and nervous system regulation.

Clinical massage therapy focuses on pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and improved mobility, using evidence-informed techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. Craniosacral therapyprovides a gentle, light-touch approach that supports nervous system regulation, stress relief, and the body’s natural healing rhythms. Somatic sports massage is designed for athletes and active individuals, blending therapeutic bodywork with movement awareness to support performance, recovery, and resilience.

To further support nervous system balance, Kenley Massage & Wellness also offers vibroacoustic therapy in Centralia, WA.
