Our bodies are miraculous. Day after day they work, heal, and change to sustain life, hold our stories, and serve as the bridge between our inner and outer world. Pausing to give our body attention and appreciation - to give it time to rest and receive, to learn how to release habitual tension and find more ease - is an act of love and generosity. As a lifelong dancer and longtime practitioner and teacher of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, I integrate my experience, inspiration and curiosity about the interweaving play of body and mind into my practice of massage therapy and the Trager® Approach. I provide a safe, welcoming space for you to reconnect with your most easeful way of being, whether you are seeking relaxation, healing from illness, injury or trauma, or seeking ways to release habitual tension.
