Here at Westminister Canterbury, I am truly privileged to work with the most supportive community. I am here to help ease your pain, relax your mind, and help you reach your physical goals. I am in the massage room, located inside the salon at the Wellness Center on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I am a medical massage therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Lynchburg College. I am licensed through the Board of Nursing since 2006. I provide evidence- based therapeutic massage. I am proficient in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular massage, osteopathic manipulation, orthopedic massage, prenatal massage, foot reflexology, and medicupping vacuum therapy.

I also enjoy educating about living a healthy lifestyle and guiding people to resources that will meet them where they are on their health and wellness journey. I believe being conscious about what we put in, on and around our body directly influences our health. I choose products that are organic and thoughtfully selected to enhance your treatment. On the first Tuesday of every month you can find me in the acivities room, where I will share healthier products to help reduce body burden in your household for you and your family's health. 

When you book a session with me, you can expect to receive the full length of the session on the massage table. I space my appointments to have time for a proper intake and have time to understand your healthcare needs. I also discuss a plan to meet your goals and post treatment home care. Please provide yourself more time than the scheduled session to allow for discussion when you get on and off the table.

Kindly give 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a no show fee of 50% of your scheduled service. You must pay before rescheduling. 

Arriving late: Appointments times have been specifically arranged for you. I will do my best to honor and accommodate your full scheduled time. In the event you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointment times following yours. Regardless of the length of treatment you will be responsible for the full session booked.
