I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist for three and a half years. I chose to pursue a massage career for two reasons: 1. to better access holistic care for my own back pain due to severe scoliosis, and 2. to empower my clients in taking charge of their health and self-care routines by sharing the skills and knowledge that I’ve learned from my own healing process. I understand firsthand the impact that ongoing physical stress and pain have on the ability to function and accomplish day-to-day activities. It’s my goal to provide stress and pain relief, and to assist my clients in returning to healthier, happier lifestyles. Each client has their own unique combination of priorities, goals, and needs, so my intention in every session is to customize the treatment to fit each individual on each particular day.
My services are by appointment only. In order to give my clients the attention they deserve, I do not answer the phone or the door during a session. Please leave a message - voicemail, text, or email - or schedule online.
Because my clients' safety is a top priority, I take the following precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- I am fully vaccinated
- I wear a mask for all appointments
- I run an air purifier with 3 filters (including a HEPA filter) in the treatment room
- I utilize "face cradle hammocks"which provide full-face coverage for the face-down portion of the massage
- I wash my hands and forearms immediately before and after each session
- I disinfect the doorknobs, massage table, and other non-porous surfaces in the treatment room between sessions
- I launder all sheets, blankets, and towels after each use
- I ask that all client wear a mask for their session. If you do not bring your own, I will provide you with a disposable KN95 mask
- I ask my clients to contact me immediately if they are feelings unwell the day of their appointment so that we can reschedule; the rescheduling fee will be waived
*Please note that there are other practictioners in the office building who share the common spaces who do not follow the same precautions that I do. However, we all respect each other's space and minimize time spent in the common areas.
Cancellation policy:
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Some exceptions can be made within reason, so please leave me a voicemail message if you need to change your appointment within 24 hours. "No shows" are charged for 100% of the services booked.
