We are certified lymphedema therapists with advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method), post-surgical recovery, lymphedema, lipedema, and overall lymphatic wellness.

We primarily serve individuals recovering from cancer treatment, preparing for or healing after surgery, and those managing chronic inflammation, autoimmune conditions, or hormonal imbalances. Our approach is both clinical and compassionate while grounded in anatomy, physiology, and education — while still providing a calm, spa-like experience.

Our core focus is specialized lymphatic therapy, which is not traditional massage. These sessions are designed to support the lymphatic system, improve circulation, reduce swelling and heaviness, and aid the body’s natural healing processes. Every lymphatic session includes thoughtful assessment, hands-on therapy, and practical guidance so clients leave feeling better, informed, and empowered beyond the treatment room.

In addition to lymphatic care, we also offer traditional massage therapy through our trusted licensed and certified massage therapist for clients seeking relaxation, stress relief, or general bodywork. This allows us to support a wide range of wellness needs while maintaining the highest standards of care.
