“How long of a session do I need?”
Every body is different, but one thing stays the same—I take time to let your muscles relax before working deeper. That way, your session is more effective and less intense. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose the right length:
- 50 minutes – Great for focused work on one area (like just your upper or lower body), or a quick full-body session if I’ve worked on you before.
- 80 minutes – Ideal for a full-body massage with enough time to ease into those sore, tight areas.
- 110 minutes – Perfect if you’re carrying a lot of tension or want a full-body session plus extra attention on multiple areas.
