Hello, my name is Russell Zelazo. I have been an athlete for the vast majority of my life and have competed in all levels except professional. During my athletic journey, I found that taking care of one's body was an essential task that was overlooked by most. The athletes that I competed with that found success were those who took extra time off the field to recover. This inspired me to pursue a career in holistic medicine and health for athletes and others alike. 

My educational journey has taken me through college getting my BA in Kinesiology: Exercise Sciences from Fresno Pacific University and then to National Holistic University to get my massage therapy certification and MBLEx license. 

I believe in a holistic approach to healing the body before resorting to conventional medicine. The body has its own natural ability to heal itself to an extraordinary degree, and I believe that is untapped or lost in today's western society. As a massage therapist and health educator, my goal is to aid my clients to achieve their health goals and to keep them.
