Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Ideal after cosmetic, orthopedic or other procedures and surgery. This gentle, light-touch technique supports healing without pain. It reduces swelling, improves lymphatic flow, and encourages a smooth recovery.

Facial Lymphatic Massage
A gentle, light-touch treatment designed to reduce puffiness and relax the nervous system. This session includes scalp massage and focused, detailed lymphatic work on the face, neck, and upper chest. While the drainage work settles in, I also massage the hands and feet for full-body relaxation. Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply at ease.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A very gentle, light-touch technique designed to support the movement of lymph fluid in the body. The pressure is slow, rhythmic, and not painful. This is not deep tissue work. During your session, I use specific, precise strokes that encourage fluid to move toward healthy lymph nodes. Depending on your needs, treatment may focus on a specific area or follow a full-body sequence. You may notice reduced swelling, less heaviness, and an overall sense of lightness after your session.

Craniosacral Therapy (Adults & Children)
A gentle therapy that supports the release of tension in the fascia and muscles, helping the body settle, reduce stress, and reset. I work with clients experiencing musculoskeletal pain, stress-related tension, and headaches. I also have experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum through craniosacral therapy.

Headache & Migraine Relief
A therapeutic session focused on the shoulders and neck, with gentle, detailed work for the scalp, face, and jaw. Designed to ease tension, headaches, and jaw discomfort. Each session is tailored to your specific symptoms and goals.

TMJ Neuromuscular Treatment
Similar to migraine therapy, this treatment includes therapeutic work on the shoulders and neck, followed by gentle massage of the scalp, face, jaw, and intraoral (inner mouth) muscles, when appropriate.

Fragile Health & Hospice Massage
Compassionate, gentle touch for those with fragile health or receiving hospice care. Sessions focus on comfort, easing pain, and supporting calm during a tender time. Available in the client’s home, care facility, or in my office. Fees are kept minimal and may be waived. Please reach out to discuss your needs.
