I started this business to help my parents and my family to help relax. My father being a mechanic has always told me to become a massage therapist. That was when I was 16 and in high school, soon after he told me the same thing after graduation. However, I followed a different path, until in my mid-30's I decided to look into it after becoming a Reiki Master.  My reason still remains the same to help those that request it, and it is a privilege to do a massage to others to help them be their best version of themselves. 

My services are:

Swedish Massage - which helps overall relaxation in a rhythmic tempo and improving circulation. 

Deep Tissue - Deep Tissue is the same a Swedish massage however, it is with firmer pressure to specified areas in a longer period of time which will shorten other areas of the massage. 

Trigger Point Therapy - This is a specified type of therapy which helps releases knots within the muscle which then will relax. The pain scale starting 1 (no pain) to 10 (unbearable pain). This therapy will require participation of the client to reach the uncomfortable pain level of 6, 7, or 8. (I will also accommodate if the client has low or high pain tolerance.) After reaching that specified number, the client will then do long deep breathing which will oxygenate the Trigger Point (knot) for it to relax, the process will be repeated 2 to 3 times and then massaged with firm pressure or told otherwise. 

Chair Massage - This service is more fast paced and designated for the upper, mid, and low back along with the arms and shoulders. This is done on a massage chair. 

My business is mobile, with that being said there are locations that I will be at for Chair Massages only, unless you request an appointment to do the massage in your home. I do not provide massages in my home space. 

My vision for my business is to merge Reiki and massage for a profound holistic experience. Massage is by the manipulation of muscle tissue and increasing blood flow throughout the body, and Reiki the Universal Life Force being channeled so that even after the massage is over, the compassionate life force energy still flows through you.
